Sent a message to the forum help team about a mod who was abusing me last week, and they have still not replied. The message I wrote was quite long, so I was wondering what I should do. I obviously will not be able to recall it completely, and I want to know why they haven't replied yet. The same happened with the AQW one; I sent them a message last week and no reply.

They managed to reply for the simple issues, but not the more complicated ones...

 Which moderator? I mean in-game moderator or forum moderator?

If you're referring to an in-game moderator, for EpicDuel you can Ashari or Cinderella for asking about this issue if it can be handled or what you should do.

If you're referring to an ED AKs instead of a Mod, you can PM any of the ED Head Moderators.
Ashari - ED Bugs Head Moderator, OS Head Moderator
Cinderella - ED Suggestions Head Moderator
Dax - ED Q&A Head Moderator, ED Battle Strategy Head Moderator
Lord Barrius - ED General Discussion Head Moderator

Note: It can take a few hours/days or longer until you get a reply. Good luck. :)

I just need a bit of clarification, since it sounds like you're talking about an in-game moderator but you mention contacting the forum support team...

If you are referring to a forum moderator, you can contact me via PM and provide me as much detail as you can remember; I will be happy to look into it for you. If it was one of the EpicDuel archknights, you can use the contact links AVA provided to discuss it with that AK's head moderator or you can still PM me if you don't get a response or would feel more comfortable discussing it with me.

If you're referring to an in-game moderator I can't offer you direct help as I have nothing to do with the in-game moderation staff on any AE game. However, there is a guide for reporting in-game issues with EpicDuel located here.

Seahawk: It was about a forum moderator, and I wrote a long, detailed message to the forum support team and they did not reply. I would like to possibly retrieve that message but if that is not possible, I'll just try and send my reasons to you then.
