before i start off, i would like to point out that HP and EP may be decreased in omega.
the effects *seem* like they will lower the effectiveness of Passives such as Reroute and Bloodlust.

so my suggestion is, HP/EP Bar Stacks.

let me start out by showing you an example picture of HP/EP bar

now the idea is simple, if you have passive such as reroute, your at a loss when you go second. because not only did you go second, reroute wont give you any energy because you EP bar is already full. the same goes with bloodlust when your HP bar is full.

so heres an example of bar stacks.

basically, if i go second, and get attacked, i get energy back from reroute anyway even if my bar is full.
so lets say my max is 43, and i get attacked and should recieve 15 energy. with this, that 15 energy wouldn't go to waste if i went second, it would be added to my over bar. (basically the bar above base)

this helps so that passives like reroute dont lose their effectiveness in omega since HP/EP will be massively reduced.
what do you guys think?

OK I Really like this and I agree with this but:

The energy bar should have a limit of how much OverEP you can get.
And what is the Limit you are thinking?
And for now I don't what to say about the BloodLust and HP Bar having an OverBar.

well, a cap can be added as the balance seems fit.

perhaps something as far as 200% (43 X 2 = 86. so 86 would be the limit)
just examples. but a lower cap of say 20 HP/EP over bar can be added to prevent abuse.

I like this idea because people always go offensive and i tend to have not enough EP for the next few turns , but is the 1 Stat Point = 1 HP / EP really official?

according to the ED video, its most likely whats going to be in omega. specially if they really did redo the battle engine.

I understand this is a good idea. If you do not do much damage, Reroute isn't that useful. So, a high Energy is more helpful.

I do think that this is happening but I may be wrong.

5 Focus tank build isn't going to be useful if the Health and Energy is low.

I think that it's a smart thing to do for EP. However, for bloodlust I fear it would be a tad overpowered. For example, if a player has moderate strength and maxed bloodlust and they start then on average they will gain 8-12 HP each turn. In an average fight (5 turns or so) they will gain 40-60 HP is going 2nd. If they start and stacking is implemented it will encourage major str bh and bm to be abused. I personally see it more fitting for this to be implied with Frenzy slightly more than bloodlust.

This is just my personal opinion.

I like the new hp/mp system tired of long, laggy battles now they'll ne short and fun.

And what does that have to do with this thread?
Also battles won't be short, They Will last Good rounds, our DMG willl decrease and stat's will decrease, Don't expect them Short.

I'm just saying with the system battles will be short most people will have 70-80 hp and will be doing a good amount of damage so 3-4 or less turns battles is nice I hate tank build who just carry on the battle where it get's boring.

Not always "less rounds = less strategy". Tell me how Str abuser will gain more outta more rounds in terms of strategy. Gun and Primary spam? Woo, that's a great amount of startegy. Or Caster TM who relies on Reroute and loops it. Woot, strategy! \o/

let the strength build spam all they want, thats all they will have left anyway. they have no other options in late rounds.
