I'm sure some players will be happy bout this, and some wont be happy about it. However as I stated before it's not a matter of what we wanted to do, it's just to prevent imbalance and unfair advantages/treatment this is just how it will have to be.

Sorry for the bad news.

Note: It is possible that some future weapons/armors may receive a buff or nerfs, but if it happens it will be because they are underpowered/overpowered for their level, so it would be considered a balance adjustment.

Please consider alternatives.

EG. the level up idea can still work without adding to the code!!, if it simply deletes the old versions! I know this would effect a small amount of people but they can always level up to the new increased level to be able to wield them. By saying rares will never be leveled/ buffed again, will disappoint the entire pop of ED In the long run. and only about 1/ 1000 people will be effected by the level cap raise for their rares (excluding perma inactive players) and only 1/10000 of those players will actuly care that they can't wield them and would probably be more happy because they know they will continue being useful when they level up!

Nothing is impossible you guys just havnt figured a way around it yet, but if you think about it for along time surely you can come up with something better plz!!!!!!!!
I beg you do not rule out making rares useful agian!

Buffing rares the way they did before it was a monstrosity. The new concept in Omega is the only one suitable for having timeless items.

That is dumb really just for players like you who don't play ed gets chance on not paying varium again I hate it like the way they had it before.

So you mean you like the fact that over the coarse of a few years the level cap rises say 2-4 times.

This means being a varium player with full varium, items quickly get outdated meaning the price of full varium items Fully enhanced is around $50.

Now if the level rises say more then twice these items suddenly become weaker then the non varium counterpart.

Requiring the varium user to pay yet another $50.

Now thats over a few years, if the game continues this way for a varium player to sustain a advantage over non variums over ay 10 years (if the game lasts this long) would require $1000.
And thats only taking into consideration of a conservative varium spender, I know some players have spent +$1000 already and you think they should still pay more?

This is just insane and im glad the devs have finally realized this.
