Times Silent Keeper

When building a new item for your house estate, you fight a new worker to get the item to Level 1. The new worker is always an existing monster that is Level-Scaled to Your Level +10. The monster's name becomes New Worker, and its Description becomes:

Defeat this opponent, and it will work for you in your estate building.

See the individual estate item's entry for which monster guards what item.

In addition, there are some monsters that only appear as new workers:
