What does this mean? What are your ideas about it? What do you hope for the new 'thing' to be?

im gonna take a shot in the dark here and say that whichever weps we have already enhanced will also be enhanced/ upgraded
in the new system.

I certainly hope so. I spent over 40kcreds and 2.5k enhancing Dage's weps..

I hope that its a enhancement proportional refund, meaning Refunded with varium or credits based on how much varium or credits you spent on enahcnements.




Not only did enhancements sap alot of varium from me they also took at least 100k credits.


These things back would be AMAZING.


But I would accept a reasonably large varium and or credit refund.


If it were say an achievement I would be pretty annoyed.

You cant just make someone pay for something, take it back and give them a medal for holding it.

Actually they can do whatever they want, since you agreed on all of this when you ticked the button with
'I have read and accept the T&Cs'.

They are not obligeted to give you any refund so you must already be happy with a achievement.

Lol just 40 k and 2.5 k varium, darn you guys have it eazy, I spent 300k credits and about 15k varium on enhancements, which if I may say some arrogant punk hacked me and sold most of those items... don't really care that much, am moving forward.

I think items you already enhanced will act like a prepaid card, you wont have to pay anything to bring them up to par as you lvl up.

But I think they would rather avoid a massive players rage and a bad rep as a game.

An enhancement token for each slot we have enhanced already, which we can "equip" on a item to enhance that instead.

A little annoyed?! I would never even think about ever visiting www.epicduel.com again. True story..

Well, that what makes us different then.
I already knew that i would not get compensated for it so i didnt expect any.

But when they announce that they will compensate, i do hope it would actually be some kind of refund, and not a useless thing as a bike or enchancement.

I would like a full varium refund on all my currently enhanced weapons
Cred refund would be nice too, I have only spent like 10k on cred enhances, I know some non vars and vars have spent upwards of 500k on them

@all those people who say they don't have to refund it, I would just like to say that they have said that they are....

and I hope that it is not a bike, and we get refunded equally to the amount of varium and credits spent, I hope they have a system for differing the amounts.

^ Above, Well thats not going to happen players with multiple characters like myself and many others have spent Thousands on this game, Equalling into tens of millions of varium maybe hundreds of millions just on enhancements between us all, Nevermind the credit side, It would seriosly throw AE and ED out of alot of money if they were to give a full refund , i agree that it should be to about 40-50% but not 100% as the enhancements baught were used in battles right? meaning you gained a advantage and therefore more credits ect. So think of it as we "Loaned the Enhancements". If not im pretty sure that they would take the cost of maxing a weapon, Potential Stats and Ability inclueded and deduct it from our rebate, aswell as openning items to our level and oppening all stat slots and the skill slots for us. Or partially to those weapons which have not had the same ammount spent on enhancng as it would cost to max the weapon to your level in this new system.

The truth is... you guys already spent money to be OP in this game and you got what you paid for. From their perspective, this is almost a new game since the entire equipment and stats system is being overhauled. Based on that fact, and the fact that its in the rules that they owe you nothing - no real room to complain.
As long as the game is fun and attracts many new players, there will always be more people willing to spend Varium. In the end if the day, if the game works better, they will gain over time - even if it upsets some legacy players..
But I do hope that it wont have to come to that as the only consolation and everyone feels that they got some compensation.

 well if it ends up being an all new game the makers are going to lose a ton of money because a lot of people like me will be quitting :(

Yes, I paid for something to become stronger, it said nothing about getting a temporarily boost. I bought something, therefor I should be able to use it. I did not just hire it.

It is FAR from a new game. They change the item system, but barely even scratch the gameplay.

Perhaps some of Delta's newer players will be quitting, but many older players that gave up on the current system are coming back for the new one. Which hopefully *fingers crossed* means my friends list won't be so dark and inactive.

Here through all the Phases and Founder, This seems to be the most promising and balancing phase for me so im happy as are many players, there just a small handfull that still want it to be pay for power which ruins every game eventually, if these players cannot accept change thats their problem, Titan and Nightwraith as the Respective Owners and leading Dev's behind epicduel have the rights to change the game in any way THEY please, even to take the game down completely. Something we all agreed to in the T&C's so i have no sympathy for those who cannot addapt to change they should learn to read or just not play if they dont really agree with the T&C's as access to the game is only given to those who agree with them.

I think if the Staff give back how much to spent on Enhancements, they will give back Credits.

Look at the Infernal War. You spend 150 Varium and you get 25 Credits back...
I don't even think there will be an exact number of Varium/Credits being refunded as the Staff will have no idea how you Enhanced it.
I also don't want a Bike. I already have 2 and one of them, I've spent Varium. I would rather like something that is useful and can be used infinite times.

If you want to know how much I enhanced...
Dark Varium Blaster, Enhanced this gun 2 times at max slots 3000 Varium +
Azrael's Bane - Max
Celtic Cleaver - Max
Frost Slayer - Max
Frost Destroyer - Max
Tons more which were fully Enhanced. So, I've used over 20000 Varium on Enhancements. Some of the items which I no longer have.

I would love it if the Staff make people with Varium Enhanced items to have (rare occasions) a shop that costs Credits and is only available for them. If I was you, I would stop moaning about this. Everything about the new features.

The fact their giving us anything should make us happy. I spent alot on enhancements too taking em away I feel bummed , but their giving us something maybe it will be 50% of each enhance I really dont know. The devs are nice and want to give us something for being loyal players and helping the game grow. Stop moaning and groaning and carrying on about it.

Dude, that not even the half of what i enchanced haha. In the lower lvls i bought all those veteran/advanced/tactical and all 3 fully enchanced.
So thats already 9 weps.
And then all armors and all lvl 30 gear and all what i have now haha.

But the fact that they will compensate, comforts me. If i already get 30% of total enchancements i already have enough to survive a halfyear/year with that var because of this new system.
