I doubt it which I can see why they won't despite the fact I would love to get my hands on some of the perma rare- weapons but oh well life goes on don't get your hopes up for weapons returning.

Nope, those weapons are tagged Rare and it clearly says:

This item was introduced during a special in-game event or offer and is no longer available.

That means, they will never return again.

Rare only falls under Bunnyzooka's flag, Azrael and Celtic Maul should be coming back on their respective events on Valentine's and St. Patrick's Day respectively. Anyhow, please bring questions to the Question and Answer forum in the future, locked.
