changing bloodlust from passive to something like static charge

then the bounty hunters or bloodmages need a passive armor like cyber hunters, we wouldn't want that do we.

No need to . It's actually the Stat Diminishing + the current STR skill formula that we have is the reason it seems , well , a bit strong .

well if BH get static charge then the only thing uncommon between Ch and BH would be the smoke only cuz other attacks(mass,shadow arts,poison etc) are same

@above not he meant changing bloodlust into like static charge but gains health instead of energy for free with 2 turn cooldown, frenzy is different since you need to use energy to gain health.

well i know that but realy? i mean ever since SC has been nerfed it has been next to compltly useless for me and now you want to do the same thing for BL?

what i want to happen is
to buff SC:
level 1-22%
level 2-24%
level 3-26%
level 4-28%
level 5-30%
level 6-32%
level 7-34%
level 8-36%
level 9-38%
level 10-40%
and make bloodlust a 2 cooldown
level 1-12%
level 2-14%
level 3-16%
level 4-18%
level 5-20%
level 6-22%
level 7-24%
level 8-26%
level 9-28%
level 10-30%

Not supported. You would be destroying a passive for all builds just to get at one which isn't fair in the least to BH or BM. Also if you did this then BH and BM would need a new passive since you took away blood lust from them.
