EMP with a class that can regain energy is too over bearing on the other classes so here is a skill similar to Assimilation but without the energy regain

Short Circuit:
Deals 100% primary weapon damage. Steals energy from an enemy target;
· Energy Required: 0 (No Cost)
· Energy Steal
o Level 1: 6
o Level 2: 7
o Level 3: 8
o Level 4: 9
o Level 5: 10
o Level 6: 11
o Level 7: 12
o Level 8: 13
o Level 9: 14
o Level 10: 15
· Weapon Required: Claws
· Stat Required: None
· Level Required: 10
· Improves With: None
· Warm Up: 0
· Cool Down: 3

Would it be replacing EMP?
Or replacing Static Charge?

The skill itself doesn't seem too bad, however

EMP. ^

Keep it same Assimilation in EP drain, but 1 lower (1st row), or lock it to Physical (bludgeon-style), or make it 85% weapon damage, and it's good. Slightly OP now.

Like Assimilation and Atom Smasher it can be blocked just forgot to add that.

Ah. This makes it better, but I assume it replaces EMP. Why, then, is it more powerful than Assimilation, at a higher tier?

Because it does not give back energy due to they already have one attack energy regain skill but the skill tree can be rearrange if needed.

Cyber Hunters will be better. But I don't like this idea because of reasons I don't want to tell you.

This will take away your Enemy's Energy. All the Energy done. Its like Assimilation but you take the full Energy. Static Charge at Level 10 will a lot of the time, gain less energy than this. Also, you'll be taking Energy out from your opponent...
You can keep using this so your opponent doesn't heal. Won't that make people become a tank CH?

i would say this is a good idea because it is for my favorite class, but as a fair player i do not support for the reasons that malicious neos stated, it can be easily abused and you do not need energy to keep using this, EMP is fine since you need to have sufficient amount of energy to use it, with this you can use it every 3 turns, it would cause chaos.
