Analysis
All Attacks starts out as 7-21 plus 283% Stats along with 10 BTH.
Attack #1: It has two hits. The first hit does 85%*1/3 damage. The second hit receives +3 BTH and deals 85%*2/3*85/88 damage.
Attack #2: It has two hits. The first hit does 16% damage. The second hit does 144%*0.85 damage, automatically hits, and has all the Base converted to Random.
All this has ALREADY been factored into the above numbers.
