It seems that people are abusing this ridiculously high block rate, therefore stacking DEX as well as STR in their builds. Take DEX into account when fighting Bounty Hunters. When they use Smoke Screen, not only does it lower your Defense, but lowers any chance you have at blocking any attack. This is what makes the skill appeal a bit more than Malfunction in my opinion. Back to abusing it. When going against anyone who abuses DEX, they pretty much block everything, unless it's ranged, making it much harder to beat them, especially when they have a Yeti to disable your ranged weapons. So basically, here's some equations.

STR Abuse + DEX Abuse = Blocks, blocks, blocks, and more blocks, while the he destroys you simultaneously, unless you also have high DEX. Then that'd be kind of irritating and prolonged.

STR Abuse + DEX Abuse + Smokescreen = A pretty hard to hit Bounty Hunter, while you're almost defenseless (Depending on your DEX).

STR Abuse + DEX Abuse +Smokescreen + Massacre = Do I even have to explain this? No? I'll do it anyway.

Massacre is one of those % skills that increase exponentially in damage per level. Thing is, in this update, its already become overpowered BY ITSELF. Now take into account the fact that you wouldn't land many hits, and get hit hard while low on Defense. The fact your opponents DEX is up means that he could block most of your attacks. (Unless you got Energy Ranged weapons/attacks to counter). Anyway, if you don't die before the Bounty Hunter performs his signature attack, you more than likely WILL when he does it. Seriously. "5+5+7+7+5+5+30 (TOTAL: 64 damage)" is an example that's close to the damage that I've seen from a normal massacre, and my DEX is at 45+16. Now, when you take into account a max level Massacre + a maxed Smokescreen. Ever seen something like this? "9+9+12+12+9+9+40 CRITICAL" (TOTAL: 100 damage) Again, this is a rough estimate, but the point that I'm making is that it's ridiculous whether it's at 100 damage, or 64 damage, while the other class Ultimate moves do like 20-50 damage.

Also, back to the main point. I was thinking that DEX could possibly have its block chance increase replaced with the Deflection chance increase from technology, and have Block Moved to Support. Thing is, would that make Support an Overpowered stat?

But I know a fix is coming today, so it'll be fine/better soon!

I just did 6-6-9-9-7-7-34 with Massacre. I am a Cyber Hunter. He had 16-20 +1 Resistance, and my malf took away 34 tech. I have 14-17 +35 primary, and I still did 78 damage.

Cyber Hunter can be just as dangerous as Bounty Hunter. Since Malf, no need for Platinum's Pride, so you can have Ninja Reflexes' +4% block chance on your armor. You can also have some Shadow Arts; I have 6, giving me a +10% block chance on my build. I only have 58 Dexterity, but I block alot, unless facing a Bounty Hunter. I also have a powerful Aux, dealing 15-18 +39 Energy damage with +4% to crit.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a core that is used for zapping away their energy. (hint hint)
