For now use unblockeable att's like sidearm, aux, robot specials, PP special, and meteor shower when possible, trust me it helps ;)

A BH with the same dex as me and the same lvl of Shadow Arts blocked me EVERY SINGLE STRIKE in 3 fights. The same guy.

A BM hit me with 2 Crits with at least 35 less support than me.

ALL luck factors are OUT OF CONTROL!

And thats why i sat puzzling my prehistoric mind at 3am, to come up with a fix, weather it is implemented though is down to the Devs

Hey genius, that's what guns are for. If it's that bad, get more dexterity instead of complaining. Blocks are a great defense from people that spam strength. This game needs to be that way. If you sacrifice a stat to abuse another one, then somebody that has a high number in that last stat should be able to take advantage of your weakness. It's called balance. If you want to win a game like this, do some math, and work on strategy. If it's not difficult, there's not point in it.

 ^blocks are happening all too often with low defence builds even when smoked using unblockables is all well and good but not everyone has the specials or the cores to do it indefinately . it does need fixing it makes more sence when a high def build blocks but all out strengh builds with nada defence the luck factor is apearing far too much.

Blocks are extrmely OP right now I will give you that OP, however that is what your unblockable's are for to get around that. only use blockables when using debuffs since you are doing it for the effect. Then attack with your unblockables.

Just Trollers. I use a focus build therefore not abusing any stat. Get Lost, trollers.

And of course, I've used my unblockables.

Sometimes, if your opponent has 33 defense (18+10+5) and 25 resistance (20+5) and you have a physical gun on, will you still use your gun?

I'm getting blocked every fight. It's just ridiculous.

But on another note even though it is out of control this same out of control block thing saves me a lot from those strength abusing mercs as well so while it has it faults it is useful when dealing with the other evil of epic duel.

I would rather then get rid of both evils at the same time. Here is my reason.

If they remove the out of control blocking yet leave the strength as it is then strength abusers will once again be completely unstoppable unless you manage to get real lucky. If they remove the strength issue and not the block issue then blockers will take over

However if they deal with both at the same time we will have a form of balance again.

Is the block chance even modified? 30dex difference converts into 70% block or so. Getting killed by 30-32 BHs wearing with only primary...

The tipping point of high blocks of coarse is contributed by the increased block chance skill core, making the max lock chance overall with shadow arts 50%!!!


Lets not forget their isn't many cores to choose from so currently most player on average have a 5% block chance increase since delta.


And you can see the impact, I told everyone luck based skill cores are stupid , yet no one believed me.

Use guns and skills.

The only OTHER reason why you're frustrated of blocks is that you're probably using a high str build with/without a %bonus to str skill. (Like Berzerker)

I agree with Vegafire, on rage always either use sidearm or auxilliary.But if you have both on cooldown take the chance to use a core,or go for strike.
