I get block evey round i play 4x when im about to die then i hit

honestly it is based off of dexterity and has a cap to % chance and a minimum % chance. It is all based off chance and the more dex you have, the better the chance. it isnt balanced base it is just the way you structure your build

There is also Shadow Arts + the dodge skill core which raise it.

Until they do an actually decent nerf to strength then no. This same block rate is truly the only counter to those OP strength builds since even with certain moves they still keep punishing you with their OP strength.

Yes there is but it doesnt do all that much to help it out. Honestly, just move some stats around here and there and you'll have a better build not being blocked as much

No they are not. they are ok right now. IF U agree that they are way too high it is likely u r using a *cough* no brainer *cough* str build

Block what blocks I had high dex with max reflex not a single block.
