I'm here to propose buffs and nerfs for the following Skill Cores ( see below ) because in comparison to other cores , they risk your turn but turns out that the result always falls into failure , not because i don't know how to use them ( BTW , i don't have some of these cores .. yet ) . So here they are : BUFFS: * Concussive Shot --> when one of the highest-leveled skills is in CD , they then set one of the other highest leveled skill to CD . EXAMPLE : I just used my Plasma Rain , which is set at level 10 , then i have my Malfunction set to level 4 , 5 to Field Medic and 4 to Technician . I just used my Malf . Then a guy uses the core at me . Currently , there are tendencies that it'll set the previously used skill into CD , so it will render some builds weaker . But if the idea is applied , it'll be either my FM , PR or my Technician will be set in CD instead . * Energy Shot --> increase it's conversion to 35% . It doesn't deal any damage and cannot be stacked by Rage and Crits , so it won't hurt if we amplify it , now would it ? NERFS * Azrael's Will - make it also cost 20% of your current Rage to activate it . Seriously , this core is quite a huge game changer , especially if you're using a balanced build and you need to use Field Medic and / or finish someone off , and he blasts . Not suggesting this because of me lacking it and making me feel "i want this!" ( which is , OFC , irrelevant ) nor am i suggesting because i got lost from a player who owns the sidearms , but because it's somewhat too game changing . So far , here are the only cores i can list for some changes . Well , have fun and DUEL ON!
