I agree strength build have gotten to overpowered for a while since and i used one
But don't you think that 42 support required for a maxed Hibrid armor si too much? I can use support build or maybe a robot build but anything else is kind of to hard to create.Even an old bunker-buster build is hard due to this requirement.

What do you think about it?

that's like saying to mages don't get reroute , or the plasma armor for cyber hunter.but as i can see they don't have such a requirement

 Actually they do, but another stat...
Its the only way too stop these str abusers so it wont be changed

Reroute: 42 tech requirement at MAX
Plasma Armor: 43 tech requirement at MAX

 42 support isn't too much, and it actually helps to invest in support when making builds like merc strength and merc tank because it prevents you from receiving as many crits. Also, it opens up possibilities since you can use adrenaline with the higher support.

hybridarmor works perfectly 5 focus and high support only.
others build styles need more defence that is biggest broblem.
malf/smoke is too effective againts others build style.

this is class what need good defence. Maybe game highest because this class no energy regen or healt regen.
support eat some defence now.But that keeping op stregth players out. that is good. Merc needig beatter hybrid or change andrealine other passive move (hopefully defencive).
Andrealine almoust waste skill now.

How about Mineral armor for example. Plasma armor sure but it have tech requirement, it doesn't limit the possibilities

I agree with you
I'm not a merc, but that would really limit it's useful builds, since BOTH passives require support, and so many merc skills use support
