Make it where you have to have your mouse "ON TOP" of Oz. to click on him.

Mostly because characters lately have just been hiding back there and harrassing other players in ED.
If you were in Oz. W7 yesterday you would know that there was a major harrassment toward our formor mod.
Obviously he couldn't even "Ignore his chat" due to him sitting/standing behind Oz.

So what i'm proposing is make it where you have to have your mouse clearly on top of Oz. instead of being able to just have your mouse in the general area!

This way we can ignore their chat until a MOD has a chance to mute them.

Or add the command "/ignore player name " .

True True, I never though about that.

But that still gives the players the thought of immunity, well at least until they get chat locked :D
