 Its fine as it is now.
I dont see any problem with it, if you dont like them to heal, steal their energy.

people are only abusing heal because , worse, people abuse power.


Harden up and accept the fact effortless power spam builds can't always work.

 IF you want to stop them, use a energy steal build. That is how you stop heal loopers from heal looping.

Because of omega there are a lot of ways to steal energy, even for Bloodmages. Make a build to steal energy if you don't like heal

HP got lowered in Omega...Heal is perfect the way it is now. No need to nerf it. Also as other has said, remove the energy if you dislike heals.
