Its a more like celebration and plus all Dev NPC must be special, not just punching bags to make credits. no, that's not what you think, what you are thinking is that you can get another high rating cheevo effortlessly, every NPC serves a purpose to the game, or else they wouldn't be implemented at all, you would eventually fight them due to mission requirements. quote:
If Dev's wanted they could have made rabble a non cheevo NPC u know, but no, Dev NPC must be more special then any other common ones :) that was rabble's first appearance in ED so they decided to do something special, but there is other ways to make dev NPCs special, like increasing its difficulty and level or dropping a cool item. cindy has been in the game for quite a while. cheevo must be a thing that is hard to earn or requires effort, i'm against the idea that it could be obtained just by fighting a effortless battle.
