 I for one, would like to get a gender change. I think that it should be varium only, and should cost the same amount of varium required to change class. (900 varium)

Thoughts? Nothing inappropriate please!

It should NEVER be implemented, IMO. AQW has this gender change feature for 1000 ACs, and guess what? Trollers roam around everywhere!

On an economic point of view, yes this is needed for ED. Why? Did anyone recently buy the new Botanical Battlegear? I haven't seen a single person in 1v1, 2v2 or even in Oz World 7 wearing this weapon. It's because every weapon is the same and that buying that weapon for an active skill core isn't worth it.

Ok this idea is in the FSI for starters, and it was rejected by the staff for two reasons.

1 With gender changes if the person was to change gender it would make gender specific armor worthless. Many have said just link the male/female armor to it's counterpart and boom problem solved, but the staff already said this would take a lot of time from them. time that they will need to be progressing the story, making balance changes, etc.

2 it would cause mass confusion among the masses and could be used for possible harassment and awkward encounters with other players.

So as someone said in this thread this idea will never come to Epic duel.

1) lol both genders don't give special bonuses , and besides , does everyone want to gender change their character
2) I can make an account that's female even though i'm a guy . So , no confusion would occur , yeah ?

ON TOPIC :
Well why not? Nobody really cares about genders anyway since they specifically don't grant advantage in PvP anyway .

Those were the reasons the staff gave for not putting this idea into play. For the first one say if you had a armor that isn't mutating and gender specific. If you changed your gender that armor is now worthless to you. If you leveled up the armor your hard earned credits would be going down the drain since you won't be able to use it and we all know credits for a non varium is gold.

As for your second one, there is a difference between making an alt and starting as the opposite gender of your main, and making your main the opposite gender. If I was to make my main into the opposite gender it would confuse some people. Were as if I made an alt from scratch and made it the opposite gender everyone would know my alt as that gender since that is the gender it started.

as for your final comment, It seems theholyfighter thinks otherwise since he is against it as am I. We already have enough trolling and harassment as it is with fame beggars, varium beggars, and people who are too weak to fight bosses begging high level players to help them kill boss. Let's not add trolling and unwanted harassment due to being able to gender bend.
