this will motivate noobs to keep using unblockable and undeflectable attacks or keep using smoke screen and buffs

min block chance is 25% improves 4% per 5 higher dex max is 55%

NO, enough with my bot getting blocked although i have 30 more defense than some guy..

do u want bh to have like a 60% block chance?

Not supported in the least. Blocks are already OP as it is, and for hunters they can have as much as a 1 in 2 chance to block thanks to max shadows arts and the block core. Let's not give everyone more chances to block.
