Surgicial Strike Is TOO OP

It is not OP, just because some people can't beat the build does not make it OP and i had a 5 focus CH build with 4 malf and 4 emp which 95% of the time beat these surgical tank builds so that proves it is not OP.

i agree with lycan... i've faced these builds many times and i usually just take away their energy.. just need to time it properly and they will be rendered useless...

ha ha i beat those easily, they are not OP, just because you can't beat them with your build it doesn't mean that it is invincible.

 Either outdamage them, Shield at the right time or drain EP. I find them tough as a BM since it's only my Gun draining EP but I try to time it right + use Concussion Core to delay it. Don't always win against them but it's that build which is mainly my weakness, and reason for it is lack of EP drain which is fine.

 I agree whit trans , im a blood and its hard 2 kill a tac whit second turn, but its not impossible if u use right cores, but i think a little nerf 2 surgical is needed, just 2 make it as powerfull as superchage that gains 1-2 points dmg less (having a 20% defence ignoring)

 Although, there's a difference since I used one build which is Focus (obviously) and Yeti. Perhaps other Bot could save me such as Pyro Fly & disable SS for the duration of whole battle instead. Or perhaps 2 EP draining cores instead of one? I can beat them but they are tough for my build & items (cores).

used to have a problem with them, but now I found a solution, basically throw ur best attacks early to force them to heal, then u will be able to rage before they regain energy and sergical, just as they sergical, heal then generator, and ur good.

Not OP at all. It can be easily countered by taking energy, forcing heal, surgical strike after a surgical strike, etc.

 A good strategy is to use one of your heaviest hits if you go first, to waste a lot of effectiveness on reroute. Also, how is it OP at all? Even if the build was OP, which it isn't, it isn't the skill that's OP, it's the build and the synergy. Surgical strike does pathetic damage compared to other ultimate skills, and costs a lot of energy. It can easily be countered with an EP remover.
