My suggestion s that you could ally with a faction officer/member/founder to fight a boss. If this would be abused, I suggest a minimum lvl and faction influence and even individual faction influence requirement.

 Uhm how could this be abused?
Players can already buddy everyone out of their fac, ally link and battle boss so this would not change much.
Except that you do not need to add eachother first then.

So, supported.

@Blitzex Lol sorry for the misunderstanding. What I meant is that people cpuld just join faction to battle bosses, so I add a requirment to prevent that thing from happening. Still thanks for the support.

Players can still just add one of those players out of the faction as buddy and then Ally link and battle.
So, it cant be abused actually, just a bit of a timesaver, nothing more..

@Blitzex yeah I've think you've got a point. Since I haven't add the process to ally with the faction mates, There would be a button next in the name of the faction member to ally with him/her. The player could accept/decline the player who wish to ally, just like normal linking.
