And its annoying specially Assimilation . I hope Plasma bolt can be deflected . And assimilation with higher Cooldown .

Ok two things

One this is a suggestion on balance so this should be posted in the balance section of the site.

Second not supported. Mages aren't Overpowered. It is two builds that are potent but the rest of them aren't.

Mages are not OP.

I played 1v1s with the caster build, and I lose much then i did as a tlm.

First, as mentioned before, this sounds more like a balance issue. Still there is a problem with certain caster builds being OP. With a level 3 Plasma Bolt having 80+ damage and Assimilate doing an exact amount of energy reduction every time regardless of being blocked and max Reroute, it's nearly impossible to effectively counter these builds.

Possible solutions:

- Assimilate should be scaled down when blocked the same way Atom Smash does. (i.e. Instead of -10 energy, does -3 energy when blocked)
- Plasma Bolt should either have it's cooldown increased, scale rate decreased, or energy cost increased.
- Lower the minimum energy for Tech Mages substantially. (45 is enough. Reroute + Assimilate will make up for the difference)

This is coming from the same person who wanted founder armor to be available to all players, just saying.

Plasma bolt should not be deflectable because no other skills are deflectable, and a changed scale on damage would be all that's needed to fix plasma bolt up. I suppose an extra turn of cooldown on assim could bring some benefits because the skill by itself is OP. However, that doesn't really do anything for TM as a class because they have lots of good skills in their tree, but there's no synergy. They rely on the crutches of assimilation, reroute, and plasma bolt for their high-win rate builds.

a good energy draining poison build will do alot of damage to casters.

1) reroute doesn't convert poison damage to energy
2) assimilation will only take them so far. and usually assimilation is high level, using concussive shot core would come in very handy vs assim users.
