Hey Guys,



It's hard to tell who is the founder of the faction, unless you open the faction page and see it your self. And its impossible to tell who is the faction founder if you see it in a pic (i.e, a pic taken of the faction member with his founder, how it possible to determine who is the founder in a pic??)

My suggestion could come in handy!

As we know Dev's are working on faction improvement, they could include this one too!

My suggestion, faction name under founder's character must be given in blue color(well dev's can choose any color they wish)

Character Pages do not show any Faction information.

If you mean Character Stat Pages, then it only shows the Faction Alignment, Faction Name and the player's title in the Faction there. It does not show the player's rank in the Faction.

How about adding the player's Rank symbol with Alignment/Faction information on the Character Stat Page?

Let me know if you're unsure of what I mean.

The main reason for this suggestion is to avoid looking at players faction page. You can just tell its status looking at the color in which his faction name is written. Another reason is it would be easy to know who is the founder of the faction when you take a pic.


And if you still think its unwanted, then just let me know whose the founder of this faction: http://prntscr.com/17v2tk You can only guess, but not be sure,(though its easy to guess here because theirs only 2 pros in the pic, but what happens when all are the same?) unless you know the founder or seen the faction before...

 Oh now , I know what you mean, if you are in a faction, then obviously you can see founder (That's what I thought You meant)

But you are saying that people who are not in the faction may not know the faction founder, so there should be a pic of him+ name to recognise.

Interesting hmmm.....

But can't you go on Epicduel wiki and check the factions from there?

There are hardly 30-40 factions registered in wiki. While in-game there might actually be more than 30-40k factions itself... plus not many people are aware of the ED wiki, and the one aware of it, some are unaware of faction page in wiki..

See, you get my point??

supported!! anything to do with faction improvements gets my vote :D

btw abt the ed wiki abt factions... is it really important for us to register our faction in tht??

Nope! Its just for the people for regularly contribute to the wiki(i.e anybody with faction and ED wiki account can create, but it will be deleted after 3 months if its not updated!)

Its just one way of advertising about your faction... that is all, nothing impo or a must :)

Well, this does good as well as bad. Know why in the battlefield you don't make it obvious who's your leader? Hmm? All this will do is spam them asking to join, also, wouldn't most people make their own faction because that will get a blue name?

This upcoming War is a war and you want people to just know who's the leader? Really? Hmm...

^ they don't get blue name, it's the faction that gets the blue name. And my suggestion only helps and works out of battle and not in.. And if your surrounded by people, can never hide whats your position in your faction...

Don't forget that you can create faction with credits. Anybody with credits would prefer to own their own faction ...

Oh and the founder in the pic is prolly the guy saying "3"

as in he was like 1..2.."3" and took a picture of his faction for forums or page or whatever.

You could create faction when it was limited only to varium... So that point don't include you. I'm talking about pure non-varium players!

And whats bad about this??? People who want their own faction are making now, were and will... Just a blue name wont make a difff to them.
Its not like more faction will break the game or something... Actually it will attract more players ..

Actually I was making an educated guess with the small amount of data the picture presented
, I have no idea who the founder is.

I do approve of this idea tho, what harm could come from founders having diff colored
names?

Nobody is going to care if your a founder of a bad faction/guild.

I think your getting this wrong. The founders don't get colored name, its the faction that gets colored name only for founder. Rest all other member in faction will have the same old white color.

The faction name under founder is colored thats all.
