They give very little EP/HP back.

If raged, you may get a decent amount but you're also risking a rage on a blockable attack since if its blocked, not only do you get almost nothing back from the effect, but you've also wasted a rage.

They aren't supposed to give a lot of HP/EP back either. That's why passives exist which are stronger and do it, whilst you have other passives to make up for it.

Both deal 100% damage and SC doesn't even cost you any Energy. Furthermore, HP is more valuable than EP because you can fight without EP whilst the lack of HP will get you killed. Lastly, Reroute makes it easy to use Frenzy whenever it's possible due to its low EP cost.
If you wish to get more HP/EP back, train your Strength higher or the skill itself. I have it on my L31 TLM at Lvl 3 IIRC, and it gives some HP back. I can't say it's very high but it's something and does add up over the course of a battle.

Nope not supported. unblockable frenzy and static charge = big time abuse for strength builds.

A free unblockable hit with rage + strength build or high strength = abuse and problems.

frenzy is a mele hit of attack power so it can be abused by high str builds so it should also be affected by dex to prevent str abusing , in other words it should be block-able.
i would agree static charge gives back only a small amount of energy but making it unblockable is rather not reasonable what the skill does is that it gives you some energy from the damage dealt so it being unblockable is something that isn't of its job , i would rather make it get an amount based on weapon damage not the damage dealt therefore it will give same energy each time even if it got blocked thus making it not abused by str builds nor making it harmfull to low str builds since cyber rely on support mainly.

You are mixing up static smash with static charge. Static charge doesn't drain energy it give back energy equal to X percent whatever damage is done.

I would agree to disagree. But I would also agree, that if static charge will be made unblockable, then we need to weaken it. 50% of what it's at now. That would be 37% Conversion instead of 73%.


Frenzy, if made unblockable, would cause a lot of im-balance and abusage. If you make anything unblockable, always nerf it, or it would be too much. Over powered. OP

Really are you joking?
Frenzy is quite powerful when tanking with strength because you already have reroute to get alot of energy back the only thing I would change about frenzy is make it a 2 turn cool down
Static Charge is quite good since the buff it can regain 5-15 energy on rage with no energy cost for using it.

Kinda a disadvantage on other classes if you make it unblockable I think. :3

If you want Frenzy to be made unblockable, take away the HP return and increase the energy by 5.

For static charge to be made unblockable, it should cost HP. Cyber hunters don't have HP steal but making static unblockable is the return for the exchange. If it costs EP, practically Cyber Hunters almost become immobilized.

Otherwise unsupported. Tactical Mercenaries do not desperately need the HP return since they are tanks, and Cyber hunters do not need the ability to regain energy every 2-3 turns.

I still don't get why Static isn't just a small passive. Just everytime you use give damage, a portion goes to energy.

It would make no sense to do this since it would become active again since they are going to be turning passives into actives.
