Has anyone noticed this.

Static emp vs static smash.


merc destroys about 30energy and I get about 21 energy (45str)
Static emp easily destroys more than 40 and half of the energy is absorbed.
Static emp is much more powerful, and it can not escape at all.

Simple fix, I think they're eventually going to lower the return value instead of completely nerfing the skill, makes sense;it's unavoidable and has no cost.

The thing that bothers me the most is that Static Grenade improves with Tech, opening up a massive buff to Tank BH.

@ dual

Add to the fact that smokescreen also improves with tech and this update buff defenses while the nerf to offenses. Extremely potent combination.

maybe instead of lowering the return, lower the amount it takes.


For example, my static emp takes 40 and gives 20. Maybe they could reduce it (using my 40 as an example) To -20 and gain 25

My balance for this would be just make the return 25%.

Smoke isn't as much of an issue as some are making it out to be. Its not like players have buffs or anything.

Yeah these "balances" are wacky as hell. I'm done with ed till the balances stop and I can get a good meta going.

 static smash is blockable. and static emp is unblockable. thats different. and with static emp u can steeal 42 energy and got 21. with static smahs u cant steal 42 energy.
