Heres my suggestion lets make their super power the same but different a bit
For BM lets make their Ultimate move be called Inferno its really just super charge but physical
While For TM lets make We will change their Surgical strike to Solar Ray its technically Surgical strike buts its physical
For CH lets replace Massacre with Blitz where u do multiple strikes instead of blades its your legs and the damage will be base on your dexterity

Okay, changing Supercharge to physical won't do anything at all, since BMs still can't synergize with it.

For solar ray, it looks like a nice buff since most players invest into tech anyway.

Changing massacre to dexterity would make this skill unusable.

hmm, i was thinking a dex str hybrid. it would work if its base value was scaling with str, then got a multiplier from dex.

Blitz... Like a massacre but with your legs? That would look like an irish jig.
My suggestion for fixing massacre would be to make it remove a % of the enemy's rage like satellite strike.

I don't think that would really help. I think lifesteal would help considering it would synergize with the highest damage Ultimate in the game, plus using the move already leaves you crippled.

I think it would be a good way to balance it simply based off this.

Satellite Strike does good damage, regains health, and steals rage.
Supercharge does good damage, regains health, and ignores defenses.
Massacre just does slighter higher damage then both.

Massacre has no extra perk to it. Now I understand why it used to be like this was because BH used to have bloodlust passively. Now they do not, massacre is now lacking comparing to the other ultimates.
