All houses are buyable with either credits or varium. They have been this way since the landlord cheevo was changed from own 4 houses to 5.

@ tri phoenix

interesting idea but at the same time if this did happen it could cause inflation due to players getting an extra source of income so not supported.

Don't really like this idea, however, I can see why you do as it would increase the activity between players outside of the Duel Arena's.
