I suggesting that because Icy Chill (+250 dmg vs George Lowe) is locked
but Frost Weapons can be bought seasonally and George Lowe can be
defeated without frost weapons.

Supported.
Though I wpuld prefer if they made all cores unlocked and unequipable rather then forcing us to replace them which is very unethical.

I support this 100%. I never need them and I beat the boss without the core. I'd really like to replace the Icy chill core with a core that I'd rather use instead.
