After the update, a bunch of the boss NPCs' levels got changed and their level of difficulty too... Here's what I suggest:
Caden's Eye: lower to 1,500
Overlord's Helmet: lower to 1,200
Tuna's Surfboard: lower to 1,500
Slayer Shuriken: lower to 1,500
Charfade's Helmet: raise to 1,750

Either that, or you could keep the current ratings but raise the ratings on Titan, Nightwraith, Rabble, and Char.
