I posted this in another thread and will post it here since it is about PvP and now we have a PvP Section of BattleGems. I've actually added on more.

Suggestions

1) Level 472 players should only battle level 472 to 467. I have been battling over 50% of my cap against level 460 and below and it slows the game down greatly to the point it's almost unbearable.

2) Since there is a world ranking system, put the rank next to your level. I'm always wondering who is ranked what and I personally can only see the top 14. I'm ranked 4th in the World ranks so it would look like this, For instance: The Great Angelicwarrior (472)(4)

3) Put the level of the player on the World leader boards by their name, just like when you are battling them. It would be nice to see the levels of everyone. For instance: The Great Angelicwarrior (472)

4) I wouldn't mind seeing the PvP Title Rank on the World Leader boards too. For instance the bottom line would have the amount of trophies then the PvP Name Rank Title followed by the PvP World rank number: () 98040 Praetorian #4

I really wish our PvP battles are fought in real time combat. Instead, I get to fight someone's character rather than the actual person. We fight some random person played by the computer. It just isn't the same as the PvP in Adventure Quest Worlds and other MMORPGs.

It would also be great to actually type out a name for our character. I don't like deciding parts of a name instead of the whole name. The worst part is, WE CAN'T GO BACK AND CHANGE IT?!

It could've done better.

Well. Honestly the PVP is pretty good. There are a few problems, mostly the noted inability to type a custom name. If I were to see yet another person with the word taco in their name I would probably go insane.

As for everything else, it's done pretty well. Though the balance is broken by one thing, the characters you fight are based on level and not on power, leading to awkward moments where your 10 times stronger then someone 10 levels above you. And you can even tell the weak ones like that from the strong ones. A good majority of the time the weaker players are using the newest equipment they can get, while the strongest are using things like the rogue armor from the newbie shop. (There are exceptions). And the really weak ones are the ones using equipment from several areas ahead of you despite being at your level. One way to really balance the PVP would be to set it to match you on power and not level.

 Has anyone bought that 400,000 sword from the PvP shop yet? The most I've managed to muster up is 13k, and that was spent on a weapon for stats.

 I`ve bought every gold item in the game and only need the pvp rank unlockables...which will take a while. You have to do a bit of gold farming, mainly when you advance too far into the single player that monsters are too strong for you. Luckily, in almost every "chapter" there is a conveniently placed farming quest, with a weak monster you can defeat over and over and over again if you want. I swear, i most have beaten Ultra Fluffy (quest #476) so many times I almost was sorry for him. XD

Yes, I have. I actually have earned all the PvP items back in august.

I see that a lot. Especially the PvP items that you get at the end of the PvP ranks. There's only 8 or 9 people that should have those items as of this post and I can tell you that there is way more than that wearing those items illegally.

I hate the ones who hack there life points to 500k to an estimated 1 million. I used to turn them in with the illegal wear people, but I was told "just because someone beats you, doesn't mean they are cheating". I'm like I knocked 500k off him and he had half a meter left. So I stopped turning people in. I almost quit the game because of that response, but I stuck with it and have been World Champ for almost 3 months now.
