I just created an artix account and tried to sync all my games. However when i tried to sync my adventurequest account it said that it was already linked to an account. not a single email I use it tells me does not have an account for it. I have emailed the company 2 times and each time they have not responded and completely ignored me. i waited 4 days the first time and about 5 days the second time. can someone help me? It seems pretty unfair for them to only let you unlink a paid account if you think it has been hacked but then not help you when you think you have been hacked. Thank you.

We found your AQ account - it's linked to an old Artix Account that also looks like it belongs to you. You just need to make a proper request to the Help Desk. You say that you've "emailed" us, so I'm guessing that you're not properly contacting the Help Desk properly. You need to:

1) Read this page: http://portal.battleon.com/help/p-account-recovery.asp
2) Contact the Help Desk through this form: http://portal.battleon.com/help/mailer.asp?c=10 . Include your AQ username, any payment info you remember, and that you've lost the info for the Artix account.

Thank you but I did read the recovery page. like I said i tried to use all the emails I own. none of them work. I also did contact them through that exact help desk form and i have not heard back from them since.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your account. As In Media Res has pointed out, the correct way to have this addressed is via the Help Desk, and sometimes requests for assistance may take a bit longer than anticipated. Please read over the links provided, and perhaps resubmit your request.
