Friendly!

Is it possible to subscribe to individual threads, not just thread subsections? I mean this as in, instead of subscribing to say, the Forum Support thread as a whole, perhaps just subscribing to this single thread? On the "My Forums" section there is an area for Subscribed threads, not just subscribed Forums, but I can't figure out how to use it, if possible.

Unfortunately, no.

You can only subscribe to Sub-Boards within the forums (e.g: AQWorlds GD, OS GD, ED Bugs, etc.)

There is a bit of a workaround even if it isn't quite perfect. You can create an AE Forum bookmark folder in your toolbar, and put all the bookmarked threads you want to keep track of in it. If you use Firefox, it even has the "open all in tabs" option so you can flip through them quickly to see if they've had activity.
