 the legion also receive many war rallies, stop of cry on forum.

To answer your question, no. Look at top influence factions and members overall, and daily. Exile outgunned legion every day

should I get a reset every time I lose a match with someone because a luck factor came and caused me to lose?

Sorry to say this but the same thing applies here since the war rally was no different then a luck factor that could change the tide in a battle.

 this war should be deleted full of "bugs" / manipulations.
