This would work if effects were applied on per-hit basis, instead of an entire attack hitting or missing (like it is now). Quite frankly, we are unlikely to change the system anytime soon, therefore consecutive luck factors will not be happening due to many balance issues it would cause - refer to Mother1 and Exploding Penguin's posts. Current system isn't great either, but this wouldn't solve anything - not even if it was working on per-hit basis, which would balance out these effects on its own, instead of being "angry" about luck, or rather ignoring others investment in stats and blaming it on luck. Tl;dr: Sorry, but it won't be happening on the current system. Revamping the system alone would take months, so it's unlikely to happen anytime soon either.
