Level 10 build built for 2v2 meets a tanky lvl 20 juggernaut.

I don't want to do this.

Sure, Juggernaut waits some time, then DON'T PLAY JUGGERNAUT. 2 people don't want to fight a juggernaut its more important then the one person who does.

An option where you can toggle off Juggernaut so you don't have to fight any.

While I can agree with you on this one, if they did this suggestion then Juggernaut mode would be 100% destroyed due to juggernauts not being able to get any opponents.

Personally I think they need to raise the min level of the juggernaut to level 30 so that the players will be able to stand a fighting chance against a juggernaut instead of the way it is now.

if this was back in the day where we had 1k+ (mostly) active battling players on the same server, then I would support. But just the fact that the amount of players battling have reduced alot (having problems fighting 1v1) then implementing any change to juggernaut is gonna completely kill it.
