It needs a buff. Here's why:

- It only does raw damage. There's no rage steal or health regen like there are with the other two ultimates.

- Strength got a nerf. It improves with strength, which was nerfed recently, making the damage output even lower.

Only dealing damage + that damage getting a huge nerf has made massacre obsolete. I suggest that the damage percentage is increased.
