You mean 2 piston punch ? Ofc unsupported . And how can you make its scale ? by armor ?

It scales with energy points difference with a base of 100 EP steal or heal. More total energy gives it a scaling heal, and less current energy gives it a steal based on the difference. So if you have less energy, it equalises it for both you and your opponent.
