This skill is quite op, they are paying just 110 for an unblockable attack which also do a locked type of damage.
When a fight vs a tm is almost ending they can use assmilation and having just 110 energy, they can use this skill that in most of times is decisive to make them win.
So I'd would say to increase it's energy cost to 160, or make it deflectable.

Right, with this energy meta we shouldnt add more energy cost.
So the suggestion is to make it deflectable.
