I believe it should be updated based on current rarity of each player, not based on the last time players updated their inventory rarity.
This way, this leaderboard will gain its value.

There's probably a coding limitation to that (Or was), so they circumvented it by having the "update" feature instead.

Either way, it seems too minuscule for them to invest time in at this point.

I don't think it would take that much time to implement such a small thing. Everything is basically in the server, there just has to be some sort of a filter to rank top 15 players with most "gear".
I would say theorically, it is an easy thing. The system can easily find players with most weapons in their inventory, then calculate their rarity, unless there is a flash limitation doing so, which I highly doubt that it exists.

Idk how feasible that is.
But think of it this way, for wins, you have to battle to increase wins.
This serves as an "update" for wins. Cant "update" wins without battling.

I'd guess the same applies in this case, where there has to be some sort of action in order for it to update on the LB (not necessarily the server).

what i think is that they should remove all arcade spammers from all time rarity that includes u and me ;)
