ZARD

Aria: Hi «You», I have very exciting news! Kamui has invented training collars, allowing you to take a zard and train it to serve you in battle.

      Please Explain

      Aria: To train your pet to attack with a certain element you will need to take it into battle. Your zard will adapt to the environment and learn to attack with elemental attacks!
      Aria: Complete 6 battles in the same environment to finish your pet's elemental training!

      Aria: To make your pet's attack more accurate or more destructive, you will need to seek out one of Lore's heroes to help train your pet.
      Aria: Follow the hero's advice and complete 6 battles to finish your pet's accuracy training

      Aria: To make your pet's attack lean more towards base or random damage, you will need to seek out more of Lore's heroes to help train your pet.
      Aria: Follow the hero's advice and complete 6 battles to finish your pet's damage training.

      Aria: To add a status effect to your pet's attack you will need to visit Warlic. He will require ingredients to craft a potion for your pet to drink.

      Elements

      Attune your zard to «Element» element!

      Forest - Earth
      Seas - Water
      Mountains - Wind
      Lava Fields - Fire
      Ice Fields - Ice
      Swamps - Darkness
      Plains - Light
      Stormy Hills - Energy

      Accuracy

      Robina - Train with Robina to make your zard's attacks weaker but more accurate!
      Blackhawke - Train with Blackhawke for a balance between accuracy and power!
      Eselgee - Train with Eselgee for powerful but inaccurate attacks!

      Damage Lean

      Sage Uldor - Train with Sage Uldor to make your zard's attacks have a wider, less predictable damage range!
      Hans - Train with Hans to make your zard's attacks have a balance between range and predictability!
      Yulgar - Train with Yulgar to make your zard's attacks be reliable with a small range!

      Status Effect

      Any - Talk to Warlic to begin training!


    Zard Training

      Elements

      «Regardless of environment picked...»

        6 BATTLES
        Full Heal after every second battle

      The battle continues!

      Forest - You take a break for a small picnic before continuing!
      Seas - You swim up to the surface for a quick break.
      Mountains - You find a scenic view and take a break.
      Lava Fields - You find a cool spot and pause for a break.
      Ice Fields - You find a warm spot and pause for a break.
      Swamps - You find a spot that's more "peaceful-quiet" than "eerily-quiet" and stop for a break.
      Plains - You find a nice shady spot and take a break.
      Stormy Hills - The sky clears a bit. You take a break before it gets stormy again.


      Accuracy

      Robina
      Robina: You want to make your pet's attacks more accurate? You've come to the right place! Your pet will grow a nimble cat-like tail.
      Robina: I can give some basic tips as normal training, or I can go all-out and we'll do some intense training.
    • Normal Training - accurate
    • Intense Training - highly-accurate
    • Maybe later.

      Blackhawke
      Blackhawke: You wanna give your pet a neutral lean to its accuracy? My skills are just what you are looking for. You pet will sprout a plume of feathers.
      Blackhawke: Your zard will attack with a balance between power and accuracy, so that it's prepared for every situation.
    • Normal Training - balanced
    • Maybe later.

      Eselgee
      Eselgee: You want your pet's attacks to be the most powerful? Let's crush and smash and see if it survives! You pet grow a mighty dragon tail.
      Eselgee: I show it the basics with normal training, or you want "Eselgee Special"?
    • Normal Training - powerful
    • Intense Training - wildly powerful
    • Maybe later.

      Damage Lean

      Sage Uldor
      Sage Uldor: Just as the future is wild and unpredictable, so too will be your zard's attacks. My training is just what you need.
      Sage Uldor: I can give some basic tips as normal training, or we can focus and we'll do some intense training.

    • Intense Training - SURPRISE
    • Maybe later.

      Hans
      Hans: You want to keep your pet's base and random damage more balance? I can help you with that!
      Hans: Your pet will have a bit of randomness to its attacks, but not too much so that you wind up in trouble.
    • Normal Training - solid, reliable
    • Maybe later.

      Yulgar
      Yulgar: You want to make your pet's damage be more base-heavy? My training will make its attacks as reliable as a trusty hammer!
      Yulgar: I can give some basic tips as normal training, or we can let loose and do some intense training.
    • Normal Training - solid, reliable
    • Intense Training - rock-solid, highly-reliable
    • Maybe later.

      Warlic: Greeings «You». I can help you add status effects to your pet's attacks, however, I will need some components.
      I have used my powers to assemble the creatures you require just outside of Battleon. Bring back 2 of the particular ingredient and I can craft a potion for your pet.

      Fire Cobra Fang - Click to turn in two Fire Cobra fangs to have your zard learn to Burn your foe!
      Zombie Finger - Click to turn in two Zombie fingers to have your zard learn to inspire Fear in your foe!
      Thunderbird Feather - Click to turn in two Thunderbird feathers to have your zard learn to Daze your foe!
      Vampire Bat Wing - Click to turn in two Vampire Bat wings to have your zard learn to Control your foe!
      Beam of Sunray - Click to turn in two Sunray beams to have your zard learn to Blind your foe!
      Eye of FlibbityGibbet - Click to turn in two FlibbityGibbet eyes to have your zard attack and regenerate MP!
      Dullness - Click to turn in two Dullnesses to have your zard attack with no status, for pure damage!
