ED nowadays is like the following :

2 vs 2 is playable only from level 2 to 6 and 34 to 40 due to the fact that after the juggernaut buff and since every one above level 20 is jugging there is little player base that is actually playing 2 vs 2 which lead the juggernaut to get easy wins versus nopcs (personally tested the fact am on 50 - 0 Juggernaut wins now and faced about 8 - 9 humans in battle while other 51 - 52 were NPCs and the rest 15 wins before the update) so people due to losing much get discouraged to play this mode again on the said levels.
This will make new players quit as soon as they get introduced to EpicDuel.

Solution is to let ai more smart have better gear like us and be able to use it properly or it will cost the human player to be an easy win for a juggernaut.
Simply make the npc predict the next move and act towards it.

As for level 40 aka the JOKE of the ranks which a max rank can be out-stated by a low rank due to the nerf of the ranks in the last update which lead players to more and more get tired of ED due too imbalance so my suggestion is the following :

1 - Make player lower than level 40 to match each other and never go versus a level 40
2 - Make rank 1 - 40 to match each other never lower and never higher
3 - Make rank 41 - M to match each other never lower (M means Max)
4 - Retake the nerd done last update to health medic ranks and get it back to + 2 per point and leave energy efficiency as it is now and bring back npcs armor/crusher to as they were before December 12th update.

See here is the new meta for new player and advice you to go with what i say :

1 - Finish the tutorial
2 - 2 vs 2 from level 2 to level 6
3 - 1 vs 1 or NPCs from level 7 to level 20
4 - Buy silver skull card for 20000 credits
5 - Juggernaut battle mode only from level 20 to level 33
6 - 2 vs 2 from level 34 to level 40
7 - 1 vs 1 the rest of your life till you reach max rank and have nothing more to do.
