Saudações, jogadores Brasileiros de AQWorlds! Venho aqui em nome do Artix Help Team e do Mod Team falar sobre um assunto muito corriqueiro entre a comunidade brasileira: Scam.
Mas por quê estou falando disso? A resposta é simples: a quantidade de players mandando e-mails para o Artix Help Team tentando dar scam em outras contas, e até mesmo se juntando para derrubar a conta alheia está chegando em um estado ridículo, dificultando o trabalho do Artix Help Team e dos Mod Team.
Qualquer atividade suspeita de um jogador que não esteja nas Regras do Jogo é motivo para um report. Entretanto, enviar diversos e-mails para o Artix Help Team alegando que determinado jogador está infligindo um conjunto de regras não é uma ação muito lógica, sendo que o Artix Help Team NÃO pode lidar com esses casos, e os e-mails enviados serão deletados de prontidão.
O Artix Help Team não pode tomar ações baseadas em boatos. Devem haver reports in-game para que as medidas sejam tomadas.
Aqui está um guia em Inglês criado justamente para esclarecer esses pontos sobre o que é um report válido, quando se deve reportar, por que se deve usar esta ferramenta de report, e outros pontos fundamentais que devem ser entendidos pela comunidade antes de reportar alguém. Vale lembrar que é o Mod Team que está por trás do recebimento e são eles que geram as medidas cabíveis para o report. Então, por favor, não envie diversos reports a respeito de uma mesma conta, já que todos nós somos humanos e temos responsabilidades fora do mundo virtual.
Reforçando o recado:
1) Reportar um jogador utilizando a ferramenta de report no jogo, se e somente se ele estiver infringindo alguma regra do jogo, é algo que eu realmente devo fazer?
R: SIM! Você deve enviar um report (em Inglês) dessa pessoa usando a função /report, esclarecendo o motivo por trás disso.
2) Eu encontrei determinado jogador quebrando as regras do jogo! Será que devo enviar um e-mail para o Artix Help Team, esclarecendo o que estava acontecendo, enviando anexos como imagens e vídeos?
R: NÃO! O Artix Help Team não pode agir em casos como esse. Anexos como imagens e vídeos podem sofrer manipulações e não serão aceitas.
Vale ressaltar que existem muitos grupos em diferentes redes sociais que a principal função é tentar prejudicar contas legítimas com provas manipuladas e que posteriormente, nos enviam diversos e-mails sobre isso. Nós não toleramos este tipo de ação, e recomendamos fortemente que você, que está lendo até agora esse texto, fique fora de grupos assim e que não possua nenhum tipo de envolvimento com eles.
Greetings, AQWorlds Brazilian players! I come here on behalf of the Artix Help Team and Mod Team to speak of a very usual subject within the brazilian community: Scam.
But why I’m speaking about it? The answer is simple: the quantity of brazilian players sending in emails to the Artix Help Team trying to scam others players, and even gathering together to “strike down” accounts is getting on a ridiculous level, making things difficult to the Artix Help Team and Mod Team
Any suspicious player activity which does not belong to the Game Rules must be reported. However, sending in several emails to the Artix Help Team claiming that determined player is breaking a set of rules isn’t a very logical idea, since the Artix Help Team CAN NOT handle with cases like that, and the emails are going to be deleted with promptitude.
The Artix Help Team can not take actions based on hearsay. There must be in game reports to back up any actions.
Here’s a guide precisely created to clarify those aspects of what is a valid report, when you gotta report, why you must use this report tool, and others fundamental aspects which must be recognized by the community before reporting a player.
Please note that it’s the Mod Team behind on the receiving of plenty reports and they are the ones who generate the appropriate measures for the report. Please, do not send too many reports regarding the same account, since we all are humans and we got responsibilities outside the digital world.
Reinforcing what I said before:
1) Reporting a player making use of the report tool, if and only if he’s breaking any game rule, is it something that I really must do?
A: YES! You should send in a report using the /report function, explaining the reason behind it, as said in the How to report guide.
2) I’ve found a player breaking the game rules! Should I send an email to the Player Support, clarifying what was going on, and add images and videos?
A: NO! The Artix Help Team cannot act on these. Attachments like images and videos can be easily manipulated and will not be accepted.
It is worth mentioning that there are a lot of groups on different social medias which the main role is try to “harm” legit accounts with manipulated proofs and after that, send in plenty of emails about it. We do not tolerate this kind of action, and we strongly recommend that you, which is reading this text so far, stay away from these groups and do not take any kind of involvement with them.
