This is a simple nerf that doesn't destroy stuns but makes stun based OTKs harder: If an attack stuns, you don't gain any rage from that attack.

If you attack a stunned opponent, they gain double rage because you wake them up from a nap.

another idea: a stunned opponent cannot be forced to strike
