I'm not sure if this is intended but using these two items together makes it possible to cast an infinite amount of spells/misc items/guests etc. in one turn. I'm fairly certain Celtic Wheel is bugged after you use Purple Rain, or it's just gamebreaking. I think it should be investigated.
