 Can't decide what item you should get? How about what items to spend your Gold/ACs/Misc Items on? Would it be great to get a second opinion on what you should do?

If yes to any of that, then welcome to the Buying Advice Thread! Here you ask for opinions from other players where they tell you how they feel on what you should do (with limited discussions). From things like picking a Juggernaut Item, picking an AC item over another, which house you should buy or even saving your Gold/ACs/Misc Items for a raining day.

Which item(s) you can't decide between?: The Illusionist armor and the Brilliant Naval Commander.
Reason on why you can't decided? Since I always wear the Phoenix Hunter Hair now, I can't decide which one looks better with it.

Why should they get it or not?: Because it looks "shiny".

Why should they get it or not?: Lots of items have white and gold in their color schemes, so finding that look for you should be easy. Chances are, they'll add even more with that color scheme.

Hi Question;

I have now in total:

1 bright aura

1 glorious gold

47 loyal spirit orbs

1 platinum

1 santified silver

11 spirit orbs

1054 undead energy

8 undead essence


And i go to start now the final eessence missions for get the 2º blight aura and 5 loyal spirit orbs,

Then when i have ready in somes hours, all the items,

What weapon recomend to me create for follow the quest?:

Gold, platinum or silver?

Which item(s) should they get, if any: Silver, but you should try to get Copper first, thus Mace first if you want to make the BLoD a bit easier on yourself
Why should they get it or not?: Gold and Platinum aren't needed (especially since Platinum merges with nothing) while Silver should be the second weapon you get. Thus you should get rid of Platinum and only keep Gold if you want its weapon only. Otherwise, go for Copper first, Silver and then Barium in that order

Reason on why you can't decided? I can't decide between these two because I only have a few ACs and I'm trying to find a cape that would fit Brilliant Naval Commander

Name of poster seeking advice: Zeldax (by the by, is this supposed to be pronounced "Zel-dax" or as "Zelda-X"?)
Which item(s) should they get, if any: Wings of Hope
Why should they get it or not?: It would fit better with the Brilliant Naval Commander since they're more white, the Fierce Blessing is a little more yellow and wouldn't fit as well with the set.

I like all 3 but Deep Terror gives me 6 items+ and I really like the Windswept + Commander with StarSWord and I like the Lord of Time set too

Why should they get it or not?: Deep Terror Blade is nice, but I don't think its worth it, despite the 6 items (due to a couple of reasons like harder to match the items, remake items, etc.) while the Lord of Time set isn't that great (at least in AQW, especially the male version). Thus, I feel you have a better chance at liking the Brilliant Commander. Its color scheme is able to match with lots of items and it looks really nice, even if the design of this naval is simple. Plus you did say you really like it

Reason on why you can't decided? My alt hasn't got any good class but he has 1k ac so they both are at the same price

Which item(s) should they get, if any: Infernal Caladbolg
Why should they get it or not?: There are a lot of reasons to get IC over Sentinel: It's going rare so you won't be able to get it again, it's a great LT farming method so you can sell HLC to get some ACs back and still be able to easily farm for more classes (including the new Dark Caster coming in March), it gives rep and CP boosts, Sentinel class isn't all that great anyways, you get an additional 2 weapons for the 2000 AC purchase due to the new Achievement Tracker shops, and your alt is level 27 so it's not like Legend enhancements or anything are going to play a big role, since they aren't that different at that level.

Which item(s) you can't decide between?: Archfiend or other class/special item
Reason on why you can't decided?It sounds like the Archfiend class is good in groups but I was effective in large groups with Arachnomancer by using the last two skills, plus there's my rank 10 Oracle. So should I bother buy it to test out, or save that future AC purchase for something else?

Which item(s) should they get, if any: None (with ACs)
Why should they get it or not?: Archfiend was pretty good but then Arachnomancer came out, so now Arachnomancer is the better offensive support class and Archfiend is kind of useless. I would recommend keeping the ACs or spending them on something like bag space. If you REALLY want Archfiend, you can earn it, since you seem to be a Legend. Just keep in mind that could take a while.

Reason on why you can't decided? It costs 300 acs and I have already got Yokai to Rank 10 but I gain all my acs via AExtras so it might be worth keeping.

Which item(s) you can't decide between?: Doomknight Naval and Brilliant Naval
Reason on why you can't decided? I like yellow/golden trims but doomknight naval looks very detailed, and doomknight is a signature AE charater/class

Reason on why you can't decided?I love Gravefang look and how it morph into the armor. As for the deathrider, I quite like it and the walking animation is awesome! But I can;t find a fitting weapon for it.

Which item(s) should they get, if any: A tough choice, but I feel Gravefang Set would be the best choice for you
Why should they get it or not?: Because its a very nice looking set, nice colors and if you able to find other nice items to go with it, then you good to go :). While the deathrider is nice to, it might not be worth to buy the key if you not interested in the helms (with some of them being the same with minor changes), house item, Death Stalker and cape (which the cape isn't worth it in my opinion). Though there are some weapons that could match with it like The Guiltius or Legion Horrid Cleaver, but unless you in the legion already (which I assume you not in it), it won't be worth it in my opinion. Plus there will be more rider type armors in the future that you might like better

Reason on why you can't decided? Both look similar and good on Unholy of Vokun and only want one

Which item(s) should they get, if any: Glowing Unholy Cowl of Vokun
Why should they get it or not?: It'll fit better with more armors in the game than one that looks merely dark, since a lot more armors have a glow or fit well with a glow. Plus it just looks better IMO.

Which item(s) should they get, if any: Sell the Keys
Why should they get it or not?: The chances of getting something you want and will use a lot are really low if you haven't already bought out most of the Treasure Chest items. A few extra ACs could be nice to have, whether you use them for Quibble or not.

Why should they get it or not?: Your Sword of Toxic Light already gives you +15% rep boost i think this pet is good if you need thet 15% boost

Which item(s) should they get, if any: Bank Pyro and buy one inventory space with AE's 200 AC gift, if you only need one space
Why should they get it or not?: Pyro is not a superb class so it can be banked, and inventory space is always nice to have. If you're farming for BLoD you'll need a lot of space, and since AE is giving a 200 AC gift (plus a lot if you've been selling the Tinsel keys) you can afford to get one without having to spend actual money on it.
