Does the desert raider helm/cracked ornament work on the blade of Frostval past ice elevun? How about the Fiend of Light skill?

What about the purple rain reset?

If Desert Raider Helm is identical to Cracked Ornament's design, all status conditions and items with saves inflicted by the player side gain a +10 potency when the misc is equipped, it does not exclude Purple Rain's Rewind save.
