Minimum Int to get more than 722 MP?

I want to use moonwalker's grace and shadowfeeder pendant so I need at least 722 MP at level 150. What is the mimimum amount of Int I need? Don't want to put too much as I want to play warrior and so need the stat points for STR/DEX/LUK

I would suggest just reducing your INT stat by stat until you get in the range of 722 MP.
Keep in mind there is also equipment that gives INT boosts, so if you combine it with those, you can lower your base MP stats further and distribute them to other stats.

This is for another character, who currently has 0 INT (so 135 base).

Then I'd suggest raising INT stat by stat until you get into the 700 range

Can't you just bring Celtic Wheel + Osiris Misc in your main inventory to temporarily increase your INT?

Answering the question though... If my math didn't go wrong at any point, you need 60 INT.

Correct. Any misc that gives 10 or more int combined with Celtic Wheel will give you more than 722 mp at level 150. Furthermore, this lets you cast any standard mp spell any number of times. Ironically you can cast the spell more often than actual mages (but reduced damage. Destruction Burst boosted by double Poelala/Arcan Amp/50 int misc/celtic wheel still does about 1100ish dmg. 1500ish in Generalist Robe/Bloodmage. More in Pyromancer/Teneberomancer Robes) at the cost of hp (basically a built in mp essence orb for warriors).

But to a answer your question, min int is 60.
