I use the spells Blue Blazes and Blood Ruby Rain, Diamond Flutterby and G Experimental Cockatrice pets, as well as the Mighty Blade of Frostval Past to increase ice damage, and Toxic Gladius for poison.
Will the Desert Raider Helm increase the effectiveness of all these items inflicting status effects?

Please, take a gander at my character and let me know who/what else would be enhanced by the helm. Thanks!

Desert Raider helm states +10 Potence to all effects inflicted by the player, but not resisted status conditions by the player.
