I'm wondering why defense matrix is 80 energy and energy shield is 100?

Also funny how level 1 technician is 80 energy and reflex boost level 1 is 90 energy

Seems like tech mage gets lower energy costs?

I think that the difference in energy costs was a result of balancing attempts over the last year or so.
