So I either I mistakenly bought the melee gift box weapon for my mage or something's wrong with the melee/magic toggle because I can't seem to find my magic gift box weapon that I bought. Now to fix this I would simply go to Manage Account where I could pay gold to switch the melee -> magic but there isn't an option available for that. Did they stop doing that for weapons or do I have some hope? Thanks!

The cycling from Melee to Magic or Ranged requires extra coding to make it work, Im guessing the Devs would skip over it unless reminded by some player like you due to time restraints of handling Donation drive items, giftboxes and The Void Takeover release in a single week.

You recommend posting in the suggestion thread to give the Devs the idea of continuing this weapon type cycling for this year's Giftbox weapons.
